Biography
2020: Did not compete recovering from injury...named to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence for indoor and outdoor seasons.
2019: Finished third in the mile at Bison Open (2/1/19) with a time of 4:19.26.
2018: Earned two top eight finishes at NSIC Indoor Championships, taking sixth in the mile (4:21.90) and seventh in the 1,000 (2:37.65) on 2/24/18...won the 1,000 at Cobber Open (1/20/18) in 2:34.07.
2017: Sat out as a redshirt.
Prep: Three-time state qualifier in cross country…also qualified for state in track and field…two-time all-conference selection…also an all-state selection…three-year letterwinner in track and field and cross country.
Personal: Son of Doris and Eric Spooner...undecided major...born Feb. 22, 1998.
