2014: Earned All-NSIC honors in the 4x400 relay (outdoors) after team won title with a time of 3:14.48...also earned All-NSIC honors (indoors) as part of the winning 4x400 relay team that won conference title with a time of 3:20.49...part of 4x400 relay that qualified for nationals indoors and placed 12th (3:19.95)...part of two relay teams that won the title at the Ron Masanz Classic (5/3/14)...won the 400 meters at Lyle Hokanson Classic (4/12/14) with a time of 49.13.

2013: Earned two All-NSIC honors as part of a pair of relays...was part of the 4x400 relay team that finished second at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:20.91...also earned all-conference honors as part of 4x400 relay that finished second at NSIC Indoor Championships (3:20.01)...part of winning 4x400 relay at Jack Johnson Classic (3:20.50) and also part of winning 4x400 relay at Snowshow Open (3:17.52)...won 600 meters at Bison Open indoors (1:23.38)...was part of 4x400 relay that finished 11th at NCAA Division II Indoor Championships (3:18.60).

2012: Part of 4x400 relay that finished sixth at NSIC Outdoor Championships...part of winning 4x200 relay team at Cobber Dual (indoor).

Prep: Four-year letterwinner in track.
