Prep: Was a multi-sport athletes at Moorhead High School, focusing on the pole vault in her track & field career...holds a top vault of 10-0 in her prep career...also competed in volleyball. 

Personal: Daughter of Amy and Jason Ness. Majoring in elementary education.Â
