Indoor: Finished second in the high jump at the Cobber Indoor Open with a top leap of 4'-11"...placed eighth in the pentathlon at the Dakota Alumni Classic...set a new personal-best in the shot put (35'-09.5") while competing in the pentathlon at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence...Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award winner. 
Outdoor: Competed in five meets, setting a new personal-best in the 800m at the Ron Masanz Classic with a time of 2:23.14 to win the event...registered a season-best high jump mark of 5-0.25 (1.53m) at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence...CSC Academic All-District selection. 

2021-22: Finished 14th in the heptahlon at NSIC Outdoor Championships...placed eight in the high jump at the Al Bortke Open...finished sixth in the high jump at the Ron Masanz Classic.

2020-21: Finished fourth in pentathlon at NSIC Indoor Championships with a score of 3,300 (2/26/21)...recorded NCAA provisional score of 3,314 at Marauder Indoor Festival on 2/13/21...named to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence for indoor and outdoor seasons.

2019-20: Competed in high jump indoors...best finish was second in high jump (5-5) at Beaver Invite (1/25/20)...outdoor season canceled becasue of COVID-19...named to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence for indoor and outdoor seasons.

2018-19: Competed in high jump and triple jump events...finished third in high jump at Blue Hawk Games (4/19/19) with jump of 4-11...indoor-best jump of 5-3 at UND Indoor Open (1/26/19) to finish second.

Prep: All-state, all-area and all-conference selection in track and field…career-best high jump of 5-4…all-area and all-conference in cross country…also lettered in basketball and volleyball.

Personal: Daughter of Mary and Gary Sowada...math education major.
