Biography

Prep: Was a five-year track & field letterwinner for Central Cass High School...holds a top pole vault of 15-02, which is also the Central Cass school record...was a North Dakota state champion in pole vault...served as team captain...also competed in basketball and football where he was an all-state performer for the Squirrels. 

Personal: Son of Sara and Marty Quam. Majoring in exercise science.Â
