2022-23
Indoor: Won the 60m dash at the Cobber Indoor Open with a time of 7.03 and had a top time of 6.93 in the event during the season...placed eighth in the 400m at the UND Open with a time of 50.19.
Outdoor: Competed in five meets, setting a new personal-best in the 100m dash at the South Florida Invitational with a time of 11.06...was a memeber of two 4x100m relay teams that took home event wins at both the Ron Masanz Classic and the NDSU Tune-Up.

2021-22: All-NSIC in the 400 in both the indoor and outdoor seasons with a pair of first-place finishes...finished 16th in 400 at the NCAA Division II Championships...All-NSIC in the 200 meter after a third place finish during the indoor season and winning the event in the outdoor season...was a part of the MSUM 4x400 relay team that finished runner-up at both the NSIC Indoor and Outdoor Championships.

2020-21: Did not compete.

2019-20: Won four events during indoor season...ran season-best of 6.98 in winning 60 at Beaver Invite...finished sixth in 400 at NSIC Indoor Championships...was part of 4x400 relay that finished fifth...outdoor season canceled because of COVID-19.

2018-19: Part of 4x100 relay that finished fourth at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/10/19) with time of 41.86...won 400 at Cobber Twilight (4/23/19) with effort of 49.54...finished fifth in 400 at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/23/19) with time of 51.57...won 60-meter dash at Bison Open (2/2/19) with time of 7.08...also won 60 indoors at Cobber Open (7.08) on 1/19/19.

Prep: Was part of the 4x400 relay that ran a time of 3:12.59 at the Carifta Games. He won the 400 meters at the Anglican School Festival. He was part of the 4x400 relay that won the National High School Track and Field title with a time of 3:20. He was named the 2016 Male Senior Student Athlete of the Year.
