2019: Finished fourth in the high jump at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/23/19) with a jump of 6-5...placed seventh in the 60-meter hurdles at that meet as well (8.43)...won the 60-meter hurdles indoors twice, including Cobber Open (1/19/19) and Thundering Herd Classic (1/12/19).

2018: Earned All-NSIC honors in the high jump at indoor conference meet with an effort of 6-7 (2/24/18)...finished fifth in the high jump at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/12/18)...finished sixth in the 60-meter hurdls at NSIC Indoor (8.38) on 2/24/18...won the 60-meter hurdles at UND Tuneup (8.35) on 2/17/18...finished with three wins on the season.

2017: Competed in the 60M, 200M, 60M hurdles, and the 110m hurdles… recorded three season wins in the 60M hurdles…placed third in the 60M hurdles at the Indoor NSIC Championship.

Prep: Two time North Dakota state champion in 110-meter hurdles...also part of winning 4x100 relay team in 2016...first team all-state in football…part of state championship team at Century HS…caught 36 passes for 607 yards and six scores as a senior…110-meter hurdle state champion…three-year letterwinner in football…also lettered in track, soccer and basketball.
