Biography

2013: Named All-NSIC honorable mention after solid freshman campaign...appeared in 16 games, started 15 from defender position....had three shots, including one on goal...earned two MSUM team awards -- Freshman of the Year and Defensive MVP.

Prep: All-conference and all-state in 2012…named to all-metro second team…named to all-tournament team at state meet…two-time all-conference honorable mention selection…team MVP in 2012 and helped team to 15-2-2 season…played for Minnesota Thunder Premier Club…earned Totino-Grace Academic Recognition Award for maintaining 3.8 or cumulative GPA.

Personal: Daughter of Bruce and Teresa Umland...biology major with minor in art...born Oct. 12, 1994.
