Biography

Prep: Played and started in 19 matches for Zimmerman High School in 2024, primarily playing defense…helped Zimmerman to a school record 11 shutouts during the season…played and started in 39 matches in 2022 and 2023, scoring four goals with four assists…helped Zimmerman qualify for the Minnesota state tournament two years in a row…also competed in hockey and golf.

Personal: Daughter of Amy and Kris Helm. Majoring in occupational therapy.
