Biography
2015-16: Finished 11th on the team with 254.50 points scored on the season...had two runner-up finishes on the season...had the second-fastest time on the team in the 100 free (53.99).
2014-15: Scored 133 points on the season...had two event wins, eight runner-up finishes and four third-place finishes on the season...finished 13th in the 50 free at NSISC Championships (24.46)...named to NSISC All-Academic Team.
2013-14: Provided depth in sprint free events...had one win and finished with 99 points scored on the season...had two runner-up finshes along with two third-place finishes.
Prep: Placed eighth in the 50 free, earning all-state honors, and 17th in the 100 free at the Minnesota State High School Meet...also all-conference in swimming...set records in 50 free, 100 free and 400 free relay....six-year letterwinner.
Personal: Daughter of John and Deb Helgoe...exercise science major...born Nov. 5, 1994.
