Biography
2024-25: NSIC Outstanding Senior of the Year...had a pair of event wins and numerous runner-up finishes during the season...clocked a new personal-best in the 50-yard backstroke as a relay leadoff, clocking a time of 27.51, the sixth-fastest in school history...was a member of two Dragon relay teams that etched top five times in program history at the NSIC Swimming & Diving Championships...had a season best time of 24.30 in the 50-yard freestyle at the Rochester Invitational...earned a season best mark of 58.26 in the 100-yard backstroke at the conference meet...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence...Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award winner...CSC Academic All-District selection.Â
2023-24: Had three events wins and a pair of runner-up finishes during the season...clocked a personal-best time of 24.01 in the 50-yard freestyle at the NSIC Swimming & Diving Championships, which is now the fifth-fastest time in MSUM history...collected a personal-best in the 100-yard freestyle at the Rochester Invitational with a time of 53.62, which matches the ninth-fastest time in school history...also registered season best times in the 100-yard backstroke (58.25) at the conference meet...won both the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard freestyle in dual action against Mary on October 6...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence...CSC Academic All-District selection.
2022-23: Had three event wins and two runner-up finishes over the course of the season...swam a season-best 28.53 in the 50-yard backstroke preliminaries at the NSIC Swimming & Diving Championships...also clocked a personal-best in the 200-yard free at the conference meet with a time of 2:00.96...set a personal-best of 57.96 in the 100-yard backstroke at the Rochester Invitational...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence...CSC Academic All-District selection.
2021-22: Had five first place finishes, including four first place relays… had nine second place finishes, including four second place relays… competed at the NSIC Championship meet where she placed seventh as part of the 200 free relay and as a part of the 400 medley relay.
Prep: Won the 50 free four times and the 50 back three times at Provincial A meet…team captain…named Secondary Sports Woman of the year…part of South African team to compete in Italy…competed for Florida Swimming Club since 2010.
Personal: Daughter of Marilette and Peter Carlisle...computer science major.
