MSU Moorhead Athletics

2025-26: Competed in all 10 meets for the Dragons in both freestyle and breaststroke events...had four top-five finishes over the course of the season...set a personal best in the 100-yard IM at the Rochester Invitational, marking a 1:08.47...set season best times in the 100-yard (1:16.75) and 200-yard (2:52.69) breaststrokes at the NSIC Championships...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. 

2024-25: Competed in 10 meets for the Dragons...earned a season best effort in the 50-yard freestyle at the Rochester Invitational, clocking a 26.70...also set season bests in the 100-yard freestyle (59.07) and the 100-yard backstroke (1:07.96) in Rochester...held a top time of 32.15 in the 50-yard backstroke as well. 

Prep: Was a two-year captain for Waterloo West High School where she was an all-conference performer as a senior...ended her prep career holding the Waterloo West school record in the 200-yard IM relay...was a two-time competitor in the state swimming meet.

Personal: Daughter of Cathy and Travis Stainbrook. Majoring in speech, language and hearing sciences.
