MSU Moorhead Athletics

2025-26: Competed in all 10 meets for Moorhead, primarily in freestyle events...had seven top-five finishes during the season including a pair of runner-up placements...set a pair of new personal bests at the Rochester Invitational, swimming a 1:03.96 in the 100-yard backstroke and a 25.29 in the 50-yard freestyle...set a season best 100-yard freestyle time of 56.01 at the Rochester Invitational as welll...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. 

2024-25: Competed in 10 meets for the Dragons, marking a season best performance in the 200-yard freestyle at the NSIC Swimming & Diving Championships with a time of 2:06.01...registered a new personal best in the 50-yard freestyle at the Rochester Invitational behind a mark of 25.68...also set a personal best in the 100-yard freestyle as part of a relay leadoff, marking a 55.72 split...NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. 

2023-24: Competed in 10 meets for the Dragons, setting a personal-best in the 200-yard backstroke at the NSIC Swimming & Diving Championships with a time of 2:23.32...also set a season-best time of 2:12.13 in the 200-yard freestyle at the conference meet...set a new lifetime best in the 100-yard backstroke at the Rochester Invitational with a time of 1:05.13. 

Prep: Competed in 100 freestyle, 50 freestyle, 100 backstroke, 200 freestyle, 400 freestyle relay and 200 freestyle relay, swimming varsity for all four years of her high school career...was an all-conference honorable mention in the 100-yard free and also the 200-yard free...was team captain as a senior and named team MVP as a sophomore. 

Personal: Daughter of Lynn and David Phillips. Majoring in exercise science and sports medicine.
