MSU Moorhead Athletics

2025-26: Competed at 174 pounds for the Dragons throughout the season...held a 13-7 overall record by season's end with two wins via fall...also had three victories by technical fall and three more via major decision...competed at NCAA Super Region V...placed fifth in his weight class at the Augsburg Invite. 

2024-25: Tallied a 19-8 overall record at 165, 174 and 184 pounds for the Dragons, but settled into the 165-pound role late in the season...had three wins by fall, three by tech fall and another three by major decision...was a weight class champion for the Dragons at the DWU Open...competed at 165 pounds for MSUM at NCAA Super Region V. 

2023-24: Competed at 184 pounds for MSUM at NCAA Super Region V...worked towards a 13-14 record during the season which included seven pins, two technical falls and a major decision...was a weight class champion at 174 pounds at the Dragon Open. 

Prep: Was a 2022 Class A state champion at West Central Area High School...put together an outstanding high school career, compiling a 227–47 record...was a three-time state placer, and a six-time state entrant....also competed in football.

Personal: Son of Joan and Lee Sykora. Majoring in education.
