Prep: Was a four-time Wisconsin state qualifier at Hortonville High School, including three placewinning seasons...was a one-time state finalist in his prep career...tallied 166 career wins, the second-most in Hortonville history...earned four first team all-conference selections and was a three-year team captain...also competed in football and golf.
