Griffin Osing is in his second season as an wrestling assistant coach on the Dragon coaching staff in 2022-23.

Prior to arriving at MSUM, Osing spent two seasons as a graduate assistant on the Northern State coaching staff. He coached nine Super Region placewinners and two NCAA qualifiers. Osing was instrumental in helping the Wolves to an undefeated season, an NSIC championship and a fifth-place finish at the Super Region 5 tournament. 
 

As an athlete at Southwest Minnesota State, Osing was a four-year starter. He was an NCAA national qualifier at 184 pounds in 2019 where he finished 1-2. He was a three-time NSIC All-Academic selection and a three-time NWCA All-Academic pick

A native of Blakesburg, Iowa, Osing graduated Albia Community High School in 2014. He graduated from SMSU in 2019 with a degree in physical education/teaching. He completed his Master's of Science in Sport performance and Leadership from Northern State in 2021.

Osing lives in Fargo, N.D., with his fiance Cassidy.
