Prep: Was a four-time Minnesota state championships qualifier for Bertha-Hewitt High School...earned 174 wins in his prep career...was a four-time all-section and all-conference honoree...was team captain as a senior...earned an academic all-state honor as well...also competed in football. 

Personal: Son of Tabitha and Brent Captain. Majoring in physical/health education.Â
