2024-25: Held a 6-12 record for the Dragons, competing at both 157 and 165 pounds...had two wins via fall, one by tech fall and another via major decision. 

Prep: Was a two-year captain for South St. Paul High School where he garnered five all-conference honors in his career...finished his career with the fourth-most wins in school history and reset the South St. Paul record for pins in a career...also competed in football, baseball and trap shooting. 

Personal: Son of Jamie and Eric Berchtold. Majoring in business analytics.
