MSU Moorhead Athletics

2024-25: Joined the Dragons midseason and made an immediate impact, earning an 11-5 overall record...competed at 133 pounds at NCAA Super Region V, finishing runner-up in the region and punching a ticket to the NCAA Wrestling Championships...picked up a pair of wins at the national tournament...finished the season with five wins by fall, three by tech fall and one by major decision. 

Before MSUM: Competed at North Dakota State for four seasons, collecting six victories...was NDSU's 125-pound entrant at the Big 12 Championships in 2023-24...was a multi-time member of the Academic All-Big 12 Team while with the Bison.

Prep: Wrestled for Winona High School where he set the school's all-time record for both wins (108) and pins (101)...finished his prep career with a 108-25 record and was only one of four Winona athletes to capture a Minnesota 3A state title...went 47-2 at 120 pounds as a senior en route to the state championship.

Personal: Son of Abbie and Curtis Henningson. Undecided major.
