2024-25: Compiled a 10-15 record for the Dragons at both 184 and 197 pounds...had three wins by fall and another by major decision during the year...competed for MSUM at 184 pounds at NCAA Super Region V. 

Before MSUM: Has spent the previous two seasons at Cloud County Community College (Junction City, Kan.) where he was a one-time junior college All-American...competed at 184 pounds at the 2024 NJCAA South-Central District Tournament...in 2022-23, finished eighth at the NJCAA Wrestling Championships to earn the All-America nod as a true freshman. 

Prep: Racked up a 45-3 record as a senior at Red Mountain High School, helping him to a state runner-up finish...finished third in the state as a junior...was also a freestyle and Greco Roman state champion.

Personal: Son of Wendy and Raymond Powell. Majoring exercise science.
