Kaylin Ricci begins her first season as an MSUM assistant coach in 2026.

Ricci is an assistant coach with a lifelong passion for soccer and youth development. A dedicated player since the age of 8, she competed at the Division I level for 4 years at the University at Buffalo (UB), where she served as one of the anchors of the defensive midfield. During her collegiate career, Ricci earned multiple All Mid-American Conference (MAC) Academic honors and was named to the 2024 MAC All-Tournament Team. She also contributed to the team’s MAC championship win in 2022. 

Ricci has coached young athletes since the age of 16, working with players ages 5–13 through individual training sessions, youth teams and the University at Buffalo Summer Soccer Camps. Ricci earned her Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Services and her Master’s degree in Early Childhood/Childhood Education through Buffalo's combined Teach 5-Year program, graduating in May 2026. A native of Long Island, New York, Ricci brings energy, leadership and mentorship to every team she works with.
