MOORHEAD, Minn. – The Minnesota State University Moorhead Athletics Department in attempts to 'Fill the Fieldhouse,' will welcome Scott Peters, former Valley News Live sports anchor as the guest public address announcer for Saturday's basketball games against Upper Iowa at 6 and 8 p.m.

Peters worked for Valley News Live for 13 years, and was the lead sports anchor for nine years.

On Saturday, the Dragon Athletics Department will host the biggest give away in department history. The Dragons will give away a brand new 2011 Volkswagen Jetta, an Apple iPad and over $2,000 in prizes and gift cards, all while attempting to set the Nemzek Hall basketball attendance record.??In addition to the giveaways, there will also be an attempt to break the current attendance record, with a goal of 2,500 people attending the game.

The women's game is set to begin at 6 p.m. at Alex Nemzek Fieldhouse, and the men's game is scheduled to tip-off at 8 p.m.
