MOORHEAD, Minn. – Freshman
Danielle Tharaldson scored her first collegiate goal, but the Minnesota State University Moorhead women's soccer team came up short against Upper Iowa on Sunday, dropping a 3-1 contest to the Peacocks at the MSUM Soccer Field in Moorhead, Minn.
MSUM fell to 2-9 overall and 1-8 in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference with the loss while Upper Iowa improved to 7-4 overall and 7-2 in the league.

Madeline Drexl -- at the 81:53 mark of the game and brought the Dragons within 3-1. They had a chance to get even closer minutes later when senior
Stephanie Lindo had a shot in front of the net that was turned away by Caila Petrie with less than two minutes left.
