Erin Sullivan helped the Minnesota State University Moorhead women's swimming and diving team roll to a 190-71 win over Northern State in a dual on Friday at the Nemzek Pool in Moorhead, Minn.

Woods won the 100 breaststroke with a season-best time of 1:06.57. That currently ranks her eighth in all of Division II in that event. The junior also won the 100 IM (1:04.09) and 50 breaststroke (30.88) to give her three wins on the evening.
Sullivan had a pair of wins with lifetime bests. She won the 50 backstroke at 27.76 and also claimed the 50 butterfly at 28.06. Sullivan, Woods, junior
Kaitlyn McKinney and sophomore
Amber Helgoe teamed up to win the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:50.58. Woods swam a season-best 29.91 breaststroke split in the event.
Sophomore
Madison Kuznia swam a season-best in winning the 100 backstroke (1:01.06). Senior
Susie Kitzman won the 100 butterfly at 1:01.50. Sophomore
Kelly Engbring captured the 1,000 free (11:26.96) while
Marisa Yasuda won the 200 free (2:06.19) to give the Dragons 10 event wins on the night.
Junior
Lydia Weiler continues to have a strong start to her season as she swam a lifetime best 1:09.37 in the 100 breaststroke in place second. That was her first time ever under 1:10 in her career. The Coon Rapids, Minn., native also swam a college-best 1:03.96 to take third in the 100 fly and she was just off her lifetime best to place second in the 100 IM with a 1:04.96. Weiler started off the night with a lifetime best 50 breaststroke split of 31.95 on the 200 medley relay.
With Northern not having divers, the Dragon divers competed against each other in an exhibition and had great performances as seven of their eight scores topped 200 points. Junior
Emily Pascavis won the 3-meter event (223.95) while junior
Jana Hedstrom took the 1-meter board (2:08.25).
Sophomores Danae and
Danica Scheef both shined as
Danae Scheef swam a lifetime-best 1,000 freestyle (11:39.53) while
Danica Scheef had lifetime bests in the 200 free (2:07.17) and 500 free (5:40.50).
McKinney swam a lifetime-best in the 100 freestyle (55.91) to place second.
Next action for the Dragons is at the Carleton Quad on Oct. 31 in Northfield, Minn. The Dragons will compete at the Colleges, Contentment and Cows Classic the next day in Northfield.
