MOORHEAD, Minn. -- The Minnesota State University Moorhead women's tennis team returns to action this week with a pair of Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference match ups. MSUM will face Minnesota Duluth at 10 a.m. on Saturday and then will face St. Cloud State at 5 p.m. later that day. Both matches will be played at the Fitness Evolution Tennis Center in Sartell, Minn.
The Dragons opened the regular season in impressive fashion on Feb. 6 with an 8-1 win over Mary in Bismarck, N.D. MSUM swept all three doubles matches and won five of singles matches on the day.

Cassie Smith teamed up for a win in doubles at Mary, as did the teams of Rognlien and sophomore
Rebecca Lukes and Wood and Jones.
Oliver Summers is in his second season as MSUM's head coach.
About the opponents: Minnesota Duluth is 0-3 overall and will open the NSIC season on Saturday against Mary before facing MSUM. St. Cloud State lost to St. Thomas 9-0 to open the season. The Huskies will face Mary on Friday prior to facing MSUM.
