MOORHEAD, Minn. – The Minnesota State University Women's Soccer team lost a Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference game on Sunday afternoon to Bemidji State (9-3, 7-2 NSIC) by a score of 4-0.
MSUM is now 3-8 overall with a 2-7 mark in NSIC play.
Senior forward Jessica Johnson had the only shot of the day for the Dragons. Junior goalkeeper Raegan VonBerge made five saves, while junior goalkeeper Corina Edington made one save.
Four different players scored goals for Bemidji State who had a 1-0 lead going into the second half. Two quick goals early in the second half all but put the game away for the Beavers.
The Dragons return to action on Saturday, Oct. 15 for a NSIC matchup with Minnesota State Mankato at home. The game is scheduled to start at noon.
