MOORHEAD, Minn. — The Minnesota State University Moorhead women's basketball team brings its 15-game winning streak back home for a pair of Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference contests this week. The Dragons host Minnesota Duluth at 6 p.m. on Friday and conclude the week with a contest against St. Cloud State at 4:15 p.m. on Saturday.
The Dragons (15-1, 12-0 NSIC) have won 15 in a row and have not lost since Nov. 12. They lead the NSIC by two games over Sioux Falls and Winona State heading into this week's action, and are in command of the NSIC North with a four-game lead over Minnesota Duluth.
MSUM will face Minnesota Duluth for an 82nd time with the Bulldogs leading the series 49-32. The Dragons won both meetings last season. MSUM and St. Cloud State will meet for a 55th time with the Huskies leading the series 33-21. The two teams split in 2015-16 with the road team winning each time.

About the Dragons
The No. 15 Dragons enter the week on a 15-game winning streak, which is the second-longest in school history. They enter the week alone in first in the NSIC with a 12-0 record after beating Augustana, 65-55 and Wayne State, 74-64 in road games last week.

Drew Sannes leads MSUM at 15.6 points and 9.1 rebounds per game, while junior guard
Cassidy Thorson averages 13.9 points per game. Sophomore
Jacky Volkert averages 11.4 points per game and leads with 69 assists and 22 steals. Senior guard
Natalie Van Wyhe leads the NSIC in assist-to-turnover ratio.
The Dragons allow 54.3 points per game, second-best in the NSIC. Teams are shooting only 36.6 percent against the Dragons this season, including just 29.3 percent from three-point range. MSUM outrebounds its foes 37.1-30.3.
Karla Nelson is in her 17th season as the MSUM head coach with a record of 293-178 at the school.
About Minnesota Duluth
Minnesota Duluth is 10-6 overall and 8-4 in the NSIC. The Bulldogs split at home last weekend, losing to Winona State, 70-60 and beating Upper Iowa, 75-55. UMD is second in the NSIC North Division.
The Bulldogs are led in scoring by Sammy Kozlowski, who is at 13.4 points per game. Taylor Meyer is at 12.8 points and a team-best 6.2 rebounds per game. Allyson Harris averages 9.0 points per contest for UMD. Kozlowski leads with 63 assists and 39 steals.
Minnesota Duluth scores 65.0 points per game and shoots 39.6 percent from the field. The Bulldogs allow 62.8 points per game and are being outrebounded 36.7-34.1.
Mandy Pearson is in her second season as UMD's head coach with a record of 15-25 at the school.
About St. Cloud State
St. Cloud State is 8-8 overall and 6-6 in the NSIC. The Huskies split at home last weekend, beating Upper Iowa, 83-66 before losing to Winona State, 71-64.
Betsy MacDonald leads St. Cloud State — and the NSIC — in scoring at 18.6 points per game. Chelsea Nooker averages 15.4 points and a team-best 6.1 rebounds per game while Amanda Christianson averages 11.7 points per game. MacDonald leads with 61 assists while Nooker has 42 steals.
St. Cloud State scores 76.9 points per game and is shooting 41.0 percent from the field. The Huskies allow 73.3 points per game and are being outrebounded 39.4-36.8.
Lori Fish is in her ninth season as St. Cloud State's head coach with a record of 119-107.
