MOORHEAD, Minn. — The Minnesota State University Moorhead women's soccer team dropped a 2-1 decision to Upper Iowa in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference action Saturday at the MSUM Soccer Field in Moorhead, Minn.
MSUM was outshot 19-7 for the game, including 11-2 in the first half. Despite that statistic, the game was tied at 1-1 at halftime.
Upper Iowa's Birgit Rjinders scored in the 76th minute to break the tie, and the Dragons were unable to score the tying goal in the final 14 minutes.

Jessica Dallman scored her team-best third goal of the season in the first half for MSUM with sophomore midfielder
Maren Soupir adding an assist. Dallman, and freshmen

Hannah Spielmann added shots on goal for MSUM.
Senior goalkeeper
Corina Edgington had 13 saves for MSUM.
MSUM will host Winona State at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
