KEARNEY, Neb. – The Minnesota State University Moorhead women's soccer team battled Nebraska-Kearney to a 0-0 double overtime tie in nonconference action Friday in Kearney, Neb.
Both teams are 0-0-1 overall this season.
"We played with so much heart and grit," MSUM head coach
Christie Kopietz said. "It was a very exciting first game of the season."
MSUM finished with four shots in the game, including two on goal. Sophomore defender

Kayleigh Sedlacek had nine saves in 110 minutes of action.
MSUM faces Harding University at 11 a.m. on Sunday in Kearney to wrap up the weekend.
