SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — The Minnesota State University Moorhead volleyball team was swept by Augustana, 25-18, 25-12, 25-9 in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference action Friday night in Sioux Falls.
Freshman setter Kelly Klees had 17 assists and added seven digs for MSUM.
Junior outside hitter Amanda Carlson had eight kills and a team-best eight digs. Junior right-side hitter Teeya Doppler and junior outside hitter Bridget Witzmann had five kills each.
Freshman middle blocker Abby Thompson had two block assists.
Augustana, which beat the Dragons for the second time this season, hit .365 for the match compared to .052 for the Dragons.
MSUM will play at Wayne State (Neb.) on Saturday for a 1 p.m. match.
