MOORHEAD, Minn. — The Minnesota State University Moorhead women's tennis team takes its unbeaten record on the road this week to face UMary. The match begins at 1 p.m. at the Capital Racquet and Fitness Center in Bismarck, N.D.

The Dragons are 6-0 on the season and have won 15 matches in a row, dating back to the COVID-shortened 2020 season.

The Dragons are coming off of a pair of road wins on Feb. 27-28 over St. Cloud State (6-1) and Minnesota Duluth (5-2). Senior Julia Geske was named NSIC Player of the Week after going 2-0 in both singles and doubles that weekend.

Geske and juniors Mikaela Griechen and Miranda Griechen lead MSUM with 6-0 records in singles. Junior Emma Andersen is 4-1. In doubles Mikaela Griechen and Miranda Griechen are 4-2 as a tandem while Andersen is 4-2.

Jason Thiner is in his first season as the MSUM head coach.
