VERMILLION, S.D. — The Minnesota State University Moorhead men's 4x100 relay ran a season best to lead the Dragon track and field teams Friday at the USD Last Chance meet in Vermillion, S.D.
The 4x100 finished fourth with a time of 42.77. That consisted of sophomore Kory Powell-Oliver, junior Shaquiel Higgs, junior Shyrone Kemp and senior Clay Jackson.
Some Dragons recorded personal-bests in their events. Sophomore Taylor Busch threw a PR in the women's hammer with a toss of 152-3 3/4
Sophomore Steena Larsen had a PR in the women's javelin with a toss of 112-2 1/4
Junior Eric Gibbons ran a PR of 1:56.32 in the men's 800.
MSUM is at the NSIC Championships starting next Friday in Duluth, Minn.
