BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Minnesota State University Moorhead sophomore Travis Joseph has been named the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Men's Field Athlete of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday.
 
The weekly honor is the second of the year for Joseph and third time an MSUM athlete has received the honor this season.
 
Joseph won the high jump at the Bison Open on Saturday, tying the school record with a jump of 7-0 1/2.  That mark is tied for second-best in the nation this season and is the best in the NSIC as well.
