MSUM Women's Tennis Hosts Marauders on Saturday

MOORHEAD, Minn. -- The Minnesota State University Moorhead women's tennis squad will host UMary on Saturday at 1 p.m.. The dual will take place at the Courts Plus Tennis Facilities in Fargo, ND.  
 
The Dragons are 4-8 on the season and 0-6 in the NSIC after their trip to Orlando, Fla., resulted in wins over Quincy, Stevenson, and Macalester colleges and a loss to Rhodes last week.
 
Freshman Tia Dykema holds the best singles record on the team with 7-5, and the best doubles record with her partner senior Mikaela Greichen at 6-6. Sophomore Madison Bell and Mikaela Greichen have singles records of 6-6 respectively.
 
Jason Thiner is in his second season as head coach at Minnesota State University Moorhead.  
 
About UMary University 
The Marauders are 6-4 on the season and 5-1 in the NSIC after their trip to Orlando resulted in a win over Davenport University, and losses to Eckerd College, Oakland University, and Southern New Hampshire University last week. Freshman Doaa Farouk Mohamed has the best singles record on the team with 9-1, followed by Freshman Emily Needham with a record of 6-4. Vida Saliendra is in her 10th season as head coach at UMary University.
