Meet Results
ST. PAUL – The Minnesota State University Moorhead track and field teams picked up four victories at the Holst Invitational hosted by Concordia-St. Paul in action Saturday in St. Paul, Minn.
Sophomore
Ashley Hokanson won the women's pole vault with a personal-best of 13-2 1/2, which is best in the NSIC this season and in the top 12 nationally.
Junior
Robynn Curry won the 400 in 56.82 to continue her good season in that event.
MSUM's 4x100 men's relay set a meet record in winning in 41.67. That consisted of junior
Shaquiel Higgs, junior
Ty Dawkins, freshman
Elliott MacLennan and junior
Shyrone Kemp.
MSUM's 4x400 relay also was victorious with Dawkins, MacLennan,
Travis Joseph and sophomore
Ibrahim Oduong teaming up for the win in 3:18.74.
Senior
Chris Cook won in the high jump at 6-8 3/4.
Dawkins was second in the 200-meter dash in 21.53 and third in the 100-meter dash in 10.59.
Senior
Drew Mears was third in the 5,000-meter run in 16:41.58 while freshman
Carson Hespe was fourth in 16:58.98
Rachel Schumacher was second in the high jump at 5-3.
MSUM will host the Ron Masanz Classic next weekend.
