MOORHEAD, Minn. -- The Minnesota State University Moorhead women's tennis team will wrap up its 2022 season this weekend. The Dragons will host Minnesota Crookston at 3 p.m. on Saturday and Bemidji State at 9 a.m. on Sunday with both matches taking place at Courts Plus.

The Dragons are 4-11 on the season and 0-9 in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference  after falling to Southwest Minnesota State and Minnesota State Mankato last weekend.

Mikaela Griechen and freshman
Tia Dykema picked up the sole doubles team win on the weekend for the Dragons. Dykema also won a hard-fought singles win against Minnesota State.

Madison Bell is 7-8. Dykema and
Mikaela Griechen have teamed up for a 7-8 doubles record.

The Golden Eagles are 2-10 on the season and 0-9 in the NSIC after falling to Sioux Falls and Augustana last weekend. Junior Ashley Chomyn has the best dual record on the team at 5-1. Freshman Kaydance Hinn and junior Michelle Swyter have the best doubles record at 3-2. Josh Lunak is in his first season as head coach at Minnesota Crookston. Â

The Beavers are 6-6 on the season and 3-6 in the NSIC after falling to Sioux Falls and Augustana last weekend. Sophomore Shaelyn Johnson holds the best singles record on the team at 10-1. Shaelyn Johnson and Sophomore Sophie Groen have the best doubles record on the team at 8-3. Kyle Fodness is in his third season as head coach at Bemidji State. Â
