The Minnesota State University Moorhead soccer team will travel to Mankato, Mn to face Minnesota State-Mankato at 4 pm on Friday. The Dragons will then travel to St. Paul, Minnesota to face Concordia St. Paul at 1 pm on Saturday this weekend.

The Dragons are 1-3-1 on the season and 1-2-1 in the NSIC after falling to Augustana and battling Wayne State to a 2-2 tie last weekend.

Freshman forward Jensen Seidel leads the team in goals with two, scoring both last weekend. Four other Dragons have scored one goal. Seidel also leads the Dragons in shots on goal with 11, followed by senior Ava Kieser with seven. Freshman Quinn Carter leads the team in saves with 20, followed closely junior Simone Lewald with 18.
           
Christie Kopietz is in her seventh season as the head coach at Minnesota State University Moorhead.

The Mavericks are 5-1-1 on the season and 3-0-1 in the NSIC after defeating Minnesota Crookston and battling Bemidji State to a tie last weekend. Senior Jenny Vetter leads the team in goals with 5, followed closely by Senior Allie Williams with 4. Vetter also leads the team in shots on goal with 18. Senior Mackenzie Rath leads the team in saves with 27. Brian Bahl is in his 10th season as head coach at Minnesota State Mankato.

The Golden Bears are 3-3-1 on the season and 3-1 in the NSIC after defeating Minnesota Crookston and Bemidji State last weekend. Junior Katie Anderson leads the team in goals with 3. Anderson also leads the team in shots on goal with 13, followed by Junior Sophie Pawlyshyn with 7. Sophomore Ashlyn Waldon leads the team in saves with 21. Steve Bellis is in his seventh season as head coach at Concordia St. Paul.
