MOORHEAD, Minn. -- MSU Moorhead men's basketball fell slightly in national polls this week, slipping to 19th in the NABC Poll and 17th in the D2SIDA rankings. The Dragons continue to be ranked third in the Central Region according to D2SIDA.
MSUM fell four spots in the NABC rankings after splitting their weekend tilts against Upper Iowa and Winona State. The Dragons received 89 points in the poll as Indiana (Pa.) remained in the number one spot with an unblemished 20-0 record.Â
In the D2SIDA Media Poll, the Dragons garnered 148 points, but dropped just one spot to 17th following their loss to Upper Iowa on Friday evening. MSUM would rebound from that loss, steamrolling Winona State on Saturday, 88-59.
MSUM will host a pair of home games this weekend with Minnesota Duluth coming to Nemzek Fieldhouse on Friday for a 5:30 p.m. tilt. The Dragons will turn around and play St. Cloud State on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.
