MOORHEAD, Minn. -- MSU Moorhead men's basketball checked in at number 23 in the latest NABC Coaches' Poll. The Dragons fell outside the top-25 in the D2SIDA Media Poll this week, receiving 14 votes in that poll.

This comes after the Dragons split their latest weekend doubleheader with Minnesota Duluth and St. Cloud State. The Bulldogs beat MSUM on Friday evening 87-69. The Dragons would rebound the following afternoon with an 83-68 win over the Huskies at Nemzek Fieldhouse.

MSUM collected 44 points in the NABC poll, falling four spots to 23rd this week. In D2SIDA's regional rankings, MSUM also slipped to fifth with Southern Nazarene and Northern State overtaking the Dragons in the Central Region. MSUM had commanded the third spot in the Central Region for most of the season.

The Dragons hit the road for a pair of NSIC North contests against Minnesota Crookston and Bemidji State this weekend. The doubleheader kicks off with the Golden Eagles on Friday evening at 5:30 p.m. from Lysaker Gymnasium in Crookston.
