Box Score SAINT PETER, Minn. – MSU Moorhead wrapped play at a very competitive Gustavus Fall Invitational on Sunday afternoon. 
 
In singles play, Sophia Felderman and Katryna Hansen would guide the Dragons with each winning the consolation championship in their respective draws. Felderman regrouped following a first-round loss on Saturday to defeat Mylin Lemke of Sioux Falls in a three-seat heater (6-1, 4-6, 10-2). Felderman would take home the consolation title with a win by default over Grinnell's Sydney Marin. 
 
Hansen would fall in her first-round tilt with Gustavus' Katie Thompson in a tough three-set match, 6-1, 2-6, 11-9. However, the sophomore would rally back and defeat Karly Doom of Sioux Falls in straight sets to qualify for the consolation title. Hansen battled hard with Minnesota State's Ellie Peterson, winning in contentious straight sets (6-4, 7-5). 
 
Luzmary Diaz Castillo and Tiannah Gu would each earn a spot in their respective consolation championships but would eventually fall. Diaz Castillo fell in three sets to St. Catherine's Kelsey Dorr (6-0, 4-6, 10-6). Claire Nemmers would wrap her singles play in style after dropping her first two matches of the tournament. Nemmers would defeat Audrey Hanson of Sioux Falls in straight sets to earn a victory (6-4, 6-2).
 
In doubles action, Hansen and Nemmers turned in a solid weekend beginning with a first-round win. The duo defeated Audrey Hanson and Ellie Thie of Sioux Falls, 8-5. While the pair would fall in the semifinals, they would close the weekend with a walkover win. 
 
The tandem of Diaz Castillo and Johnson would collect a win to close the tournament, defeating Maria and Bella Molitor of Sioux Falls, 8-1. Gu and Felderman would win their final pairs match of the weekend, topping Mylin Lemke and Brianna Holm of Sioux Falls by walkover.
