Abby John has been named the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) North Division Player of the Week. The league announced its weekly awards on Monday morning.

- Averaged 19.5 points, 8.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals in a pair of Dragon wins last week
- Notched a double-double of 17 points and 10 rebounds against Minnesota Crookston
- Scored a game-high 22 point with seven rebounds and three steals against Alaska Fairbanks
- Shot 80 percent for the game against the Nanooks
- For the week, connected on 61.9 percent (13-21) of her field goal attempts
John and the Dragons are back on the floor this week as they look towards conference matchups with Bemidji State and Minnesota Duluth on Thursday and Saturday.
