MOORHEAD, Minn. -- MSU Moorhead men's basketball looks to keep their four-game winning streak alive in a pair of road tests this week. The Dragons meet up with Minnesota Duluth on Friday at 5:30 p.m. before taking on Concordia, St. Paul on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.

Matchup History...MSUM has won four of the last six meetings with the Bulldogs, but UMD holds the most recent victory in the series. The Bulldogs bested the Dragons on January 4, 71-56.
MSUM has won six of the last 10 meetings overall. Concordia, St. Paul also defeated the Dragons earlier this season, 93-87. The victory snapped a five-game Dragon winning streak in the series. In total, MSUM has claimed 11 of 16 matchups with CSP.
Last Time Out...MSUM collected another pair of pivotal NSIC wins, moving their win streak to four games. The Dragons knocked off 22nd-ranked Minot State on Wednesday behind 27 points from
Logan Kinsey.
Carson Johnson scored 21 points in the second half for MSUM. On Saturday against UMary, Kinsey was strong again, netting 23 points. However,
Jacob Jennissen capped a strong week with a 22-point, 11-rebound double-double. Jennissen also had three blocks in the Dragon win over the Marauders.

Logan Kinsey had another pair of 20+-point performances this past week. Kinsey scored 27 points against Minot State before pouring in 23 points against UMary. For the week, Kinsey connected on 64.3 percent of his shot attempts, including six made three-pointers. Kinsey has scored 20 or more points in each of the last four games for MSUM.
Hear Jenny Roar...Junior big man
Jacob Jennissen was superb for the Dragons last week. The Sauk Centre, Minn., native scored seven points with nine rebounds and a block against Minot State. However, Jennissen was strong against one of the nation's top posts in Caleb van de Griend. Jennissen limited van de Griend to 11 points and five fouls. The junior was dominating against UMary, pouring in 22 points with 11 rebounds and three blocks. Jennissen made six of seven field goal attempts and 10 of 12 free throw attempts against the Marauders.
A Clean Pair of Frosh...Both
Shaun Wysocki and
Carson Johnson stepped up big for the Dragons last week. Wysocki was all over the floor against Minot State, scoring 15 points with seven rebounds, two blocks and two steals. Wysocki also made five of six from the floor in the win. Johnson averaged 20.5 points per game last week, including a 25-point game against the Beavers. Johnson was limited to four points in the first half against Minot State, but exploded for 21 in the final 20 minutes, including his second four-point play of the season.
Taking The Smart Look...Over the last four wins for the Dragons, MSUM has upped their offensive efficiency. MSUM has averaged 85.5 points per game in this current win streak. The Dragons have also been effective from the floor, shooting 53.5 percent overall and 48.6 percent from three-point range. MSUM has outscored opponents by a total of 51 points over the last four contests.
Quick Scout...The Dragons will have to stop two star players in order to see solid results this week. UMD's Charlie Katona scored 24 points on an effective 10 of 17 from the floor back on January 4. CSP's Antwan Kimmons gouged the Dragons for 43 points on January 3. Kimmons leads the NSIC in points per game with 25 and is fifth in NCAA Division II in that category this season.
