MOORHEAD, Minn. -- MSU Moorhead tennis is set to take on Eighth Street neighbor Concordia College on Saturday, February 15. Action from Courts Plus Community Fitness is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.

Gustavus Adolphus would control doubles play, winning all three matches to claim the team point. At number one singles,Â
Shaelyn Johnson would find herself in a contentious matchup with Karina Elvestrom. Johnson would fall in the first set before evening the match with a 6-3 victory in set two. Elvestrom would claim the match with a 10-6 win in the deciding set.
Sophia Felderman was in a similar situation in the number four position against Noor Omar. Felderman won the first set, 6-4 before falling in the second frame 6-1. Omar would narrowly claim victory with a 10-8 result in the final set.Â
Tiannah Gu would claim a victory in number five singles to provide the Dragons a team point. Gu would win the first set 6-3 against Pavla Yakimova before a competitive second set ensued. Gu would win 7-6, but not before a 7-5 tiebreaker victory.
