ST. PAUL, Minn. – MSU Moorhead women's basketball led for most of the way against 12th-ranked Concordia, St. Paul on Saturday. The Golden Bears used a sharp fourth quarter to get past the Dragons, 62-53.

- The Dragons held firm with the Golden Bears in the first frame with CSP leading, 19-15.
- MSUM was led by five first-quarter points from Karlee Fisher.
- CSP would go on to claim an eight-point advantage early in the second quarter before the Dragons made a push.
- A 7-0 run, sparked by Abby Berge pulled the Dragons within one point.
- MSUM would claim a 27-25 lead after a triple from Natalie Jens.
- Ashley Fritz would hit a late three-pointer for the Dragons to provide a 34-32 halftime lead for MSUM. Fritz had seven points in the first half.
- After CSP came within a point to begin the second half, MSUM would fire off an 8-0 run thanks to threes from Jens and Fisher.
- MSUM would lead by as many as 12 points in the third quarter, eventually leading 51-45 after three periods.
- The Golden Bears would turn up the defense in the final 10 minutes, holding the Dragons to just two points.
- MSUM did not have a field goal in the final frame and eventually fell 62-53.
