DULUTH, Minn. – Minnesota State Moorhead track & field added another conference champion to close out the NSIC Outdoor Championships. Manjot Singh (400m hurdles) sprinted to an NSIC title while Shavantae Roberts (100m) and Isaac Friese (javelin) earned all-conference honors.

The Dragon men finished in sixth with 72 points while MSUM's women were 10th in team scoring with 20 points.

Manjot Singh would reset his own school record in the 400m hurdles, earning an NSIC championship in the process. Singh crossed the line at 52.70, improving on his MSUM record and NCAA provisional time. The win is Singh's first NSIC championship.

Shavantae Roberts would earn All-NSIC distinction in the 100m dash following a runner-up finish. Roberts would match her time from yesterday, which also equals a school record as the junior marked an 11.42.

In men's javelin, Isaac Friese would clinch his first all-conference bid with a top effort of 185-10 (56.65m). The performance earned Friese a third-place finish and was narrowly off his all-time best in the event.

Rollie Hanna would nearly earn his second All-NSIC nod in men's triple jump on Saturday. The true freshman had a top jump of 47-06.25 (14.48m), just off his collegiate best. Hanna would earn fourth-place marks thanks to the performance.

Colin O'Farrell would place sixth in the 800m finals with a time of 1:54.13. In the women's 5000m, Grace Dorsher would set a new personal best of 18:13.82. On the men's side, Chase Hoechst would lead the Dragons, placing sixth with a personal best time of 14:46.05. It moves Hoechst to seventh all-time in MSUM history.

In the same race, Lander Lahtinen (14:54.79) and Zane Guderjahn (15:01.33) would set new personal bests, finishing 10th and 13th respectively. Salman Mohamed would also set a new collegiate best in the event, finishing with a time of 15:16.22.

Nicholas Huss would earn a podium finish in men's pole vault, clearing 13-07.75 (4.16m) to finish ninth. Sam Azure (35.60m) would narrowly miss a podium spot in women's javelin, placing 12th overall. McKenna Schreiber saw an 11th-place finish in women's triple jump behind a personal best leap of 36-05 (11.10m). The mark improves on the ninth-best triple jump in school history, which Schreiber captured earlier this season.

In the men's 4x100m relay, the squad of Austin Weite, Caden Spence, Frosty Wisnewski and Louis Sobiech would place fifth with a time of 41.60. To conclude the meet, the men's 4x400m team of Wisnewski, O'Farrell, Singh and Jasiah Hambira would place seventh with a time of 3:18.03.
