The Beavers would earn the doubles point behind wins at the number two and three positions. MSUM's number one pair of
Luzmary Diaz Castillo and
Sophia Felderman continued to look sharp. The duo defeated Mia Leshem and Marla Davies, 6-1 to move to 8-1 overall.
Diaz Castillo led singles action for the Dragons, winning at the number one position over Leshem, 7-5, 2-6, 6-2. The victory is the senior's 10
th of the season.
Katryna Hansen would also be entrenched in a three-set battle with Paula Garcia Acebal. The junior won the first set 6-1, before falling in set two (4-6). Hansen secured the victory with a 7-5 win in the deciding frame.
Camilla Bonini would round out the singles victories for the Dragons. Bonini collected her fourth win in five matches against Lauren Rutten. The sophomore won the first set 6-4 before winning the deciding third set, 10-4.
