ORLANDO, Fla. – Minnesota State Moorhead tennis began its Spring Break trip on Monday morning in Florida. The Dragons fell to Northwood (Mich.), 7-0. 
 
The Timberwolves would secure the doubles point with victories at the number two and three positions. However, Moorhead's number one duo of Luzmary Diaz Castillo and Sophia Felderman would earn their fifth win of the season. The pairing would defeat Giada Ciampa and Savannah Mastuszewski 6-4 for their fifth win in six matches. 

Northwood would command singles action, winning all six positions to claim a 7-0 team victory. Diaz Castillo fell to Mastuszewski in straight sets, 6-3, 6-2. Ciampa would defeat Felderman in number three singles, 6-1, 6-2. Katryna Hansen would battle in the second set against Danijela Danilovic, but eventually fell in straight sets, 6-0, 6-2.
