MOORHEAD, Minn. -- The Minnesota State University Moorhead athletic department has announced the Athletic Director's Honor Roll for the 2012 Fall Semester. A total of 172 student-athletes were named to the honor roll.

To qualify for the honor roll, student-athletes must have a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better for the fall semester. The Athletic Director's Honor Roll was recognized at the Dragon basketball games on Feb. 22.

A total of 26 student-athletes earned 4.0 GPAs for the fall term:  Megan Amundson (women's golf), Ryan Benoy (men's basketball), Bennen Bierman (football), Matt Birr (football), Carole Braschayko (women's soccer), Halle Christianson (women's track/cross country), Taylor Clifton (softball), Nate Cole (men's track/cross country), Shannon Deutsch (women's golf), Clayton Foster (men's track/cross country), Angelee Hale (women's swimming and diving), Amber Krenske (volleyball), Callie Larson (dance), Ashley Leintz (women's soccer), Erica McCoy (dance), Leah Miller (women's basketball), Molly Montonye (women's track/cross country), Shenae Morical (women's soccer), Kristen Nordby (softball), Anna Olson (volleyball), Megan Rieland (women's swimming and diving), Morgan Smith (women's tennis), Megan Strese (women's basketball), Lauren Sullivan (women's swimming and diving), Abby Wolpern (volleyball) and Rachel Yonkovich (women's swimming and diving).
