MOORHEAD, Minn. - Dragon Athletics and Minnesota State University Moorhead are planning to honor all members, past and present, of the United State Military with free admission to Saturday's home football game in remembrance of the tenth anniversary of the September 11 attacks.
Any military identification or mention of being a veteran will allow for a free ticket to both Dragon football and Dragon volleyball games on Saturday, Sept. 10. Football kickoff is slated for 12:05 p.m. against Winona State University and volleyball is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. against Augustana College (S.D.) in Alex Nemzek Fieldhouse.
The memory of all those lost in the terrorist attacks ten years ago will be honored during a moment of silence and color guard before the National Anthem at the Dragon football game.
