MOORHEAD, Minn. - The Minnesota State University Moorhead Dragons basketball teams will be celebrating the 5th annual Go Pink with the Dragons on February 3rd at both the women's and men's games. Go Pink with the Dragons is designed to raise awareness for cancer and raise profits to be split between the Roger Maris Cancer Center and the Go Pink Scholarship Fund.

Dr. Shelby Terstriep and a panel of five cancer survivors will speak on cancer survivorship.
Comstock Memorial Union, Room 101, 7 p.m.
-Dr. Shelby Terstriep is a medical oncologist at Sanford Health and is the medical director of Embrace, Sanford's cancer survivorship program. She is a Mayo Clinic trained physician and was involved in research and training at SPARK, Mayo's innovation lab. In 2011, she was awarded the American Cancer Society's Lane Adams Quality of Life award, a prestigious award, given only to eleven extraordinary and compassionate caregivers annually. Go Pink t-shirts and Applebee's pancake tickets will be on sale at all “Go Pink” events.
All proceeds will be evenly disbursed between Roger Maris Cancer Center & the MSUM Go Pink Scholarship fund, with the exception of the FM Derby bout which will benefit only the Roger Maris Cancer Center.
